Jörg Schmidt

Jörg has more than 20 years of global audit and corporate finance experience. Before joining Kineo, he was an Executive Director in the assurance and financial advisory practice at EY in Switzerland. During the last 20 years Jörg led audits and various financial advisory projects serving both listed multi-national as well as mid-sized and start-up companies. In addition, Jörg successfully supported and accompanied companies in a wide range of M&A transactions and IPOs.

Jörg holds a Master in Business Administration and Engineering from the University of Darmstadt (Germany). In addition, he obtained certificates as German public auditor, German certified tax consultant and Swiss licensed auditor.
