Jukka Schäublin

Jukka has more than 10 years of experience in audit and corporate finance. Before joining the team, he was an Engagement Manager in the audit and financial accounting advisory practice at EY. Over the last 10 years in the professional audit and advisory business, he audited and advised listed companies as well as small and medium-sized enterprises in multiple sectors such as Life Science (BioTech) and Consumer Products & Retail. As part of the Life Sciences Financial Accounting Advisory Services practice, he supported the clients in complex transactions involving acquisitions, disposals and public offering. This includes advising on the presentation of acquisitions and the preparation of pro-forma and carve-out financial statements.

Jukka holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. In addition, he obtained the certificate as Swiss Certified Accountant.
